  • Your first session is a gentle introduction. We’ll explore your story, discuss your goals, and create a plan that feels supportive and aligned with your values. There’s no pressure — just space to begin.

  • We offer telehealth therapy for the state of Texas varying in an integrative modality of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. We are well versed in trauma-informed care and family therapy approaches to form a tailored approach to every client.

  • Research shows that telehealth can be just as effective as in‑person sessions for many concerns, including anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and stress. It also offers added convenience and accessibility for busy schedules.

  • Not at all. While many clients seek faith integration, therapy is always tailored to your comfort level. You choose how much (or how little) faith is incorporated into your sessions.

  • No. We do not accept insurance, but superbills are available to clients for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Individual therapy sessions are $130 for a 50-minute session.

  • Initial Session (90 minutes): $170

    The first session gives us extra time to understand both partners’ perspectives and set a strong foundation.

    Consecutive Sessions (50 minutes): $150

    These follow-up sessions help you continue building on progress together.
